Woloss and Luong Claim Top 10 Finishes at SAC Championship
DUNCAN, Okla. – On Monday and Tuesday, the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma women's golf team produced a fourth-place finish at the Sooner Athletic Conference Championship, highlighted by a pair of top 10 finished from Hudson Woloss and Miah Luong.
The team's fourth-place finish at the SAC Championship is the best result in program history, finishing just five strokes behind Wayland Baptist in third.
The SAC Championship was competed at the Territory Golf and Country Club, and featured a 6,019-yard, par 72 layout. The Drovers completed with a three-round score of 972 (313, 325, 334).
Hudson Woloss led the way for USAO, concluding in fifth place with a three-round score of 229 (75, 73, 81), followed by Miah Luong in seventh with a score of 234 (71, 79, 84).
Katelynn Powell finished in 17th with a 254 (87, 82, 85), and Moriah Shropshire closed in 19th with a 255 (80, 91, 84).
