Drovers Compete at Mustang Derby

WICHITA FALLS, Texas - Thursday morning, the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma women's cross-country team earned an eighth-place finish at the Mustang Derby, hosted by Midwestern State University (NCAA DII).

The Drover women finished the 4-kilometer race with a score of 218 with a total time of 2:01.50.

Trinity Albao-Cozad led the way for USAO and placed in 43^rd with a time of 17:47.4. Kyli Reser concluded in 64^th with a time of 25:51.0, followed by Tanyaradzwa Mutara in 65^th with a time of 25:51.4. Melany Bermudez crossed the line in 66^th with a time of 25:54.6, closely trailed by Laura Barrios Bardi in 67^th(26:25.6).

WHAT'S NEXT?

The Drovers will return to the trail on Saturday, Sept. 27 as they compete at the Cameron University Invitational in Lawton, Okla.
